Maulik Vyas, who was born in Lunva in 1996, is a native of Chansol village. After completing his standard 12th commerce studies in 2012 he started studying B.com at The KNSBL Arts & Commerce College Kheralu. Then one day he meets Harshad Chaudhary and started getting information about taxation. Along with studying B.com he started doing taxation business as a part-time with Harshad Chaudhary after that he completed his B.Com. studies in the year 2015 and started his M.Com. studies at SMT C C Mahila Arts & Sheth C N Commerce College, Visnagar and at the same time he continued his very interesting business part time.
This business was his favorite business, and so in the year 2017, after completing his M. Com studies, he started working full-time in the office and with his hard work and logical thinking, and made this business very well and built good relationship with the customers. he gathered good knowledge of this business from Mr. Harshad Chaudhary and after that, he was strongly encouraged to study further at ICAI by his father, Mr. Maheshbhai Vyas, his family, and Mr. Harshad Chaudhary, who provided him with good knowledge of this profession so after that, he started studying ICAI to get beater good knowledge of this business. In the year 2019, he passed the ICITSS ITT / OC training at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Ahmedabad Branch (WIRC) and from the years 2019 to 2022, he did ARTICLESHIP training at the firm named V. B. Chaudhary & Associates of Shri. CA. VIRSANGBHAI BABABHAI CHAUDHARI in Mehsana and gained knowledge of useful rules and information related to taxation, direct tax and indirect tax, audit, Company Law, direct and indirect tax law and act, etc.
In the year 2022, after completing his articleship, he returned to his favorite business and decided to take his business to a higher level in with Harshad Chaudhary and along with that, he also continued his studies at ICAI. through his logical ideas and good decisions, He worked to prevent injustice to customers in tax maters and helped his customers. After that, both he and Harshad Chaudhary formed a new private limited company in the year 2024, which was given named HHC Fintax Private Limited and he got the role of a director in it. And now both the directors will try to take this company to the right high level and will help their clients in removing the problems in accounting and taxation in their business by giving proper advice and suggestions and will build good relations with their clients.
