Harshad Chaudhari, born in 1977 in the Mandali village of Kheralu taluka, has been adventurous and intelligent since childhood. He comes from a well-off family; his father was a farmer. After completing his 12th grade in the year 1997, Harshad moved to Ahmedabad for further studies and pursued a B.Com at the National Language Hindi Bhavan in Ahmedabad. Since childhood, he has been very industrious and has had a keen interest in business, which led him to start a part-time business alongside his B.Com studies. In the year 1999, he began his career as an LIC agent, marking the beginning of his journey in this field.
After In the year 2000, completing his B.Com, he enrolled in S.V. Commerce College in Ahmedabad for an M.Com degree while continuing to engage in various small businesses part-time. By the year 2002, he completed his M.Com and decided to pursue law, enrolling in the LL.B at Sheth V.S. Law College in Unjha. He has always been adept in accounting and had a strong interest in accounting and taxation, which motivated him to work diligently in these subjects. Whenever he faced a challenge in these areas, he would quickly seek answers and consistently strive to become proficient in them.
In the year 2005, he completed his LLB studies and there after assisted in his family business. He made efforts to advance the family business, and through his hard work and knowledge, he strengthened the business. one day, his family members advised him and informed him that he was indeed very capable and that there was no future in this business, suggesting he should pursue whatever he liked. One day, he had a thought and sought help from his friend circle. With their assistance, he began gathering knowledge about accounting and taxation. His friends were already in this business, and by staying with them, he gained substantial knowledge through hard work, effort, and experience. With the help of his friend circle, he started his own accounting and taxation business in 2009. Due to his diligent and friendly nature, and possessing good knowledge, he maintained a good relationship with clients. He continued to work hard and strive to elevate his business to a higher level. In the year 2012, he met with Maulik Vyas from Lunva. Maulik Vyas informed him that he was very interested in this business and wanted to gain knowledge about it, asking if he could share information related to the business. Harshad Chaudhari supported his request and shared comprehensive knowledge with him, preparing him with the appropriate knowledge for this business. While Maulik Vyas was studying, he kept his studies in mind and assisted Harshad Chaudhari in the business. Harshad Chaudhari also encouraged him to pursue further studies. Together, they worked to manage this business effectivelt and aimed to reach the right heights.
In the year 2014, Harshad Chaudhary obtained the VAT Practitioner Certificate from Gujarat Commercial Tax Ahmedabad and started his own VAT practice. At that time, he gave his firm the appropriate name of HHC & Co. and started his own independent practice in which he got good support from Maulik Vyas in office work. He shared complete information about his VAT practice and income tax practice with Maulik Vyas and he prepared Maulik Vyas properly in this subject as well. He always thought about the interests of the customer and worked hard to prove the truth and proved the truth through his logical ideas and provided proper justice to the customers. He always worked for the interests of the customers and solved the complex and complicated problems they faced in accounting and taxation and provided proper guidance. Due to this, he maintained a good relationship with his customers. After the new GST in the year 2017. The law came in which he obtained the certificate of the practitioner and studied the new law completely and understood the entire law and explained it to his clients and helped the clients. After that, he registered with other practitioner and gained a very good experience. He has a very good knowledge of all cases related to direct tax and indirect tax. He has handled cash transactions, notice es due to mistakes made in return filing, other notices, notices of direct tax and indirect tax, GST. And in cases like Income Tax appeal etc., he has filed a case in the interest of the customer and presented the correct and correct evidence and obtained the order in that case and has supported the truth and filed a case against the injustice done to the customer and has always supported the truth. In the year 2020, both he and Maulik Vyas decided to develop their business by opening another new branch and they got full support from their friend circle and with the good relations of the customers, they started their new branch in Palanpur in the year 2020 and provided good service to the customers and provided proper guidance. He continuously studies the knowledge of this business and the changes in the laws and helps his customers. After that, he joined the All-India Federation of Tax practitioners in the year 2021.
After a lot of hard work and dedication, in the year 2024, to further develop their business, both Harshad Chaudhary and Maulik Vyas formed a new private limited company and which was given named HHC Fintax Private Limited and both Harshad Chaudhary and Maulik Vyas got the role of a director in it. And now both the directors will try to take this company to the right high level and will help their clients in removing the problems in accounting and taxation in their business by giving proper advice and suggestions and will build good relations with their clients. and he has always been loyal to this company and its customers and has tried to take this business to a higher level.
Since 2009, he has shared his knowledge with everyone and trained many people to make them suitable for the profession. He has a loving nature and is always enthusiastic and has always helped any child in their studies and many people in starting any business. He has always helped the needy and has made efforts to provide employment.

Subsequently, in the year 2025, Harshad Chaudhari and Maulik Vyas decided to open another new branch of their business. They launched their new branch in Mega City, Ahmedabad, and due to their commendable efforts and consistent hard work, they received strong support from their friends and customers. In a short time, they achieved a high level in their business and are now working to assist their customers easily by opening additional branches. They aim to train other capable individuals in this business, making it more effective and striving to provide sustainable employment.
